What are some cheap and cute Bags/Purses ( links too please!!)?

So, I have need for a new bag/ purse. I usually don't carry much around, just a phone, wallet, and a case for my tester (diabetes). So I need a fairly small bag, but nothing reeeally small. I usually don't wear flashy stuff, and I'd much prefer wearing a backpack out, but it looks pretty lame. So, help (link please?)?
