A song to perform at last school farewell ceremony before leaving to high school?

Hey everyone! So the thing is im in ninth grade and soon this semester will be over and everyone from my grade level will leave to go to different high schools. Ive been asked to perform at the farewell ceremony when we are all dressed up and stuff. So if you know a song which a girl could sing that has to do with farewells or a new start etc. (happy or sad). Preferable something which wouldn't be too impossible to perform with only a guitar, piano, drums and my voice :D thanks.
