Super smash brothers for n64!hlp!?

ive gotten the 3 outta 4 bonus chara.all i need is luigi.i no how 2 get him.u must complete break the targets on all the charac.wht im havin trouble is w/ link targets.i keep gettin 9/10.the 1 im havin trouble w/ is the 1 at the very top.ive tried jumpin,throwin bombs,& all his other moves tht i no of.plez hlp if u no the answer!
