Why is evolution said to make so much sense when....?

I think that both sides are illogical and unintelligent. But nice points. Couldn't have said it better myself. I don't believe in the theory of Evolution because it is impossible to know these kind of things. We do not have eyes to see into the extremely distant past, so we shouldn't pretend like we do. It's all guess-work, and the same with Creationism. I believe what I can see NOW. I believe what has been written down (pertaining to history), not what we never could see.
