Ebay scammers to beware, can you name a few?

rogerlam628. That the guy who scammed me, what about you have you ever been jipped? He is a big time MP3 Hacker and he robbed me of my money on ebay by lying about his product. I thought I bought a 4GB MP3 player from him, it was really 1.89GB, (I also thought he was in Illionois, but turned out to be in China) he HACKED the player making it appear to have more GB than what it did. I'm not the first he has tricked/scammed with this, he has done this thousands of times. Even Scarier is that there are hundreds of his kind out there. Have you ever been scammed on ebay? Post their names on blacklists so people will know to stay away from them. Post them here to, because not everybody thinks to check the blacklists to see if their seller is legit. Maybe by putting their names on Yahoo Answers, more people can be saved the heartache of being jipped. rogerlam628 is one. who can name more? thanks everyone, and always make sure your seller is legit!!!
