How can I knit my first sweater with Plymouth yarn?

My grandma thinks i'm capable of knitting my first sweater with Plymouth Heaven yarn. Can i have some tips on how to knit a sweater? Also, is there a specific sweater pattern with Plymouth Heaven yarn? thank you! answer as quick as possible! :)
