Are they Delusional?

Do you think that people who have themselves frozen cryogenically are delusional to think that we will EVER be able to actually thaw them out and fix their medical problems? I am especially talking about those that have their heads chopped off and frozen, and seem to think we can reconnect it in the future to another body. This will NEVER be possible, if you ask me. What is your opinion on this?
